		<description>St. Killian was born of noble birth (like our hero in your story).  He became a traveling bishop with no assigned diocese before becoming a missonary.  He travelled around with a group of eleven others through France (Gaul) and Germany spreading christianity.  

It seems that Basil Hayden Sr (also born of noble ancestry) also travelled around spreading christianity.  Just as St. Kilian founded churches and spread christianity among the pagans of the time, Basil Hayden did his part to spread christianity by spreading out with the settlers and donating land for the first Catholic church.
