Starfish Initiative

Mike Donahue is a Starfish volunteer. The Starfish Initiative is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates educational opportunities for economically disadvantaged high school students.

Mike has been mentoring a Starfish Scholar every year since 2003. He says that mentoring a teenage boy is much harder than coaching a CEO. He also says that what he recalls from his life as a teenager in the 1960s doesn’t help very much.
