Vistage Groups

Mike Donahue has been a Vistage group chair since 2002. It is through Vistage that he received his training as an executive coach. Since becoming a chair, he has spent nearly 3,000 hours in one-to-one coaching sessions with his members.

Vistage International is the world's leading chief executive membership organization. It has helped thousands of business leaders around the world improve their companies' performance and enhance their leadership skills. Mike started his first Vistage group in March of 2002. This CEO peer group is the cornerstone of Mike's Vistage work and his executive coaching practice.

In December 2004, he created his second Vistage group, called a Trusted Advisor Group. This peer group is made up primarily of consultants and leaders of personal service firms, such as accounting, banking, marketing services, and insurance, who work directly with chief executive clients. In October 2005, Mike started his third Vistage group, called a Key group.  The Vistage Key Executive Program is designed to increase the personal and professional development of senior executives - those who play key decision-making roles in their companies.
